The Church Council has signed onto the Washington Coalition for Peace and Justice's Petition for Peace in Palestine. The Washington Coalition for Peace and Justice is a grassroots group of Palestinian-Americans in Washington State working towards peace, justice, and equality in Palestine through legislative advocacy at the local, state, and federal levels. They prioritize Palestinian voices while pursuing broad solidarity from allies, including faith-based advocates, civil and human rights organizations, and more.
