Michael Ramos has been the heartbeat of the Church Council for 15 years as our Executive Director and 19 years on staff. Across the region many of us know him as a prophetic voice of faith in the public square. Michael always shows up to bear witness, confront injustice, and lead communities of faith through challenging times. As of May 1, Michael is answering the call to “go home” to the East Coast where he grew up and his closest family members reside. We wish him well in his next journey and thank him for his dedication to living out our mission and vision.

Throughout his time at the Church Council, Michael has come alongside and invited each of us to join him in this work. To honor Michael’s legacy, we are raising $20,000 in recognition of his 19 years of service directly to the Church Council and the way his wisdom will forever shape our network.
