This fall, the Church Council welcomed several terrific people to our organizing staff. Join us in welcoming them. Please reach out to the organizer who is working on the area of justice you are passionate about.

Briana Brannan returns to our staff to serve as the Immigrant & Refugee Accompaniment Organizer. Her work focuses on strengthening networks to support housing access and the creation of safe cities for immigrant and refugee communities. You may remember Briana as she worked with the Church Council through the United Church of Christ Justice Leadership Program in 2013, focusing on living wage organizing at the time. Email Briana

Erica West joins us as Organizing Staff through the United Church of Christ’s Justice Leadership Program. Erica is focusing on organizing faith communities around housing, homelessness and the issues therein, in the diverse and complex political landscape of Seattle. Email Erica

Haley Ballast joins the team as an Organizing Intern, concurrently working on receiving an M.Div. from the Seattle University School of Theology and Ministry. Haley focuses on anti-racism organizing within and among faith communities in the Seattle area such that racial justice is a way of life for congregations and individuals alike. Email Haley
