7 p.m. Program. The program features speaker David Swanson, author, peace activist, and journalist, and Seattle Youth Poet Laureate, Azura Tyabji.
8:15 p.m. Toro Nagashi Lantern Floating Ceremony
The Seattle event is the oldest and largest anywhere outside Japan. More than a thousand attendees participated last year.
