Pause at the threshold of a new year to ponder with gratitude and hope where you’ve been and where you’re going. Be led through four movements of a modified Ignatian Examen, a practice of prayerful reflection on life events to help you discern God’s presence and direction. Each movement includes a brief presentation by facilitator Mary Hartrich and abundant time for personal prayer, reflection and journaling. Give yourself (or someone else) the gift of this one-day guided silent retreat!

About the Presenter:
Mary Hartrich served as the Executive Director for the Ignatian Spirituality Center for over ten years. Prior to this she was an adjunct faculty member in the School of Theology and Ministry at Seattle University, and served on the pastoral staff of St. Joseph’s Parish for many years. She is currently a pastoral counselor and spiritual director, enjoying more time for travel, and savoring life’s simple joys and beauties, while continuing to support efforts that nurture and strengthen compassion, healing and justice.
