The Dialogue for Justice Coalition of Catholic Churches is sponsoring candidate forums for Seattle and King County Councils. These forums will focus on social justice issues, including mental health, immigration, housing and homelessness, and are open to the public.
October 9 is the Candidate Forum for Seattle Council District 3, featuring candidates Egan Orion and Kshama Sawant; and King County Council District 2, featuring candidates Larry Gossett and Girmay Zahilay. Maria Batayola will be the moderator.
Doors open a half-hour beeforehand. Questions from the audience may be submitted to the moderator.
