My wife, Anna, and I are working with an organization trying to help ensure access to the COVID-19 vaccine for all in Washington State. So far, this group has helped over 100,000 people get appointments, focusing on helping the most vulnerable individuals including those who are elderly, BIPOC, disabled, or have other challenges that make them disproportionately at risk for COVID-19.
This group, and us as volunteers, have worked to help book people individually who need assistance, arrange vaccines for homebound individuals, as well as set up a pop-up clinics to ensure vulnerable populations have access to this live saving vaccine.
We are reaching out to ask if we can be of help to your community directly. If so, my wife, Anna, and the other volunteers would love to connect with you. Whether you have 3 members who are homebound, 100 members who can’t book themselves, or anything else, they would love to assist.
If you are interested in talking to us further about how we can assist your specific community, or have any questions, please let me know. Please let us know the best contact to reach out to you as well.
Please contact Anna Klastorin Levine at vaccinehelp@yahoo.com, or rabbijason@templebetham.org.
Thank you very much and we hope that we are able to help.
