In 2019, the Church Council of Greater Seattle will be celebrating 100 years of community, service, and justice. In order to support our year of story-sharing, we have two contract opportunities open until filled.

100th Anniversary Vision: Weaving past and present for the future – strengthening partnerships for the work of faith activism in the 21st Century.

100th Anniversary Project Manager Contract Position
The Church Council of Greater Seattle seeks an experienced professional to provide project management throughout our year-long series of activities and communications celebrating our 100th Anniversary in 2019.  The Project Manager will work with staff, planning committee, communications coordinator, board, and volunteers to convene work teams, ensure work flow and time-line management, collaborate on vision, and serve as a lead strategist and ambassador for connecting to the larger community of stakeholders. This is a contracted, project-specific position, beginning immediately and ending December 31, 2019. The bulk of the work will take place January – June 2019. Compensation is $9,000.

100th Anniversary Communications Consultant
The Church Council of Greater Seattle seeks an experienced professional to provide strategic consultation, creative input, and ongoing staff support in building and implementing a strategic communications plan for our 100th Anniversary year in 2019. This contracted position begins immediately and ends in December, 2019. A larger sum of hours will be required between November 2018 and January 2019 to aid in designing the strategic communications plan for the year. Overall compensation is $4,000.
