We look forward to seeing you at our fully virtual Annual Assembly on Tuesday, March 28 at 6:00 PM! We will meet online again this year via Zoom, and we encourage you to join us from wherever you may be.

The Annual Assembly is our major consultative event of the year, in which we seek to celebrate and deepen our connections with each other and explore our mission and vision amplified in our central organizing work. Formal business includes reviewing the budget and affirming the Board of Directors and its officers.

All are welcome to our Annual Assembly.  As part of our living into our mission, vision, and values as a Church Council, we are in the process of rewriting our bylaws and establishing a new, inclusive, collaborative structure for participation and membership.  Historically, congregations in King and South Snohomish Counties that belong to a member denomination are members of the Church Council.  Traditionally, clergy plus two lay representatives are considered as delegates and affirm matters such as the annual budget and the officers of the board.  For this assembly, we invite all present to participate fully in the event.
